They didn’t have to, but completely helped with the whole car. Honestly, it was the best service and kindness ever seen. The customer service rep talked them into staying and explained the prices for other plans.
I had a really great experience at this car wash the sales lady I believe summer was extremely nice her customer service was excellent and I can say that as someone in the customer service field and she had an overall good vibe.
First, this is a great car wash! I really appreciate the free cleaning supplies they have available with the vacuums. I’m mainly writing this because I need to thank Adrian and all the employees there! My car battery died randomly while I was there recently and they all went out of their way to help me jump my car, and when that didn’t work, to help me replace the battery. It was a stressful situation and I really appreciate how kind everyone was. I’ll definitely be back!
Always friendly service. Did not like that the gate wouldn't let me through stating that my monthly payment was past due when actually they tried to take payment a day early. Other than that. I like the place and amenities
