Joe and his team were professional. They found the problem. They worked outside in cold weather to fix the problem quickly. The cost was reasonable. We had a back up in a sewer line. Joe found the initial problem, roots were breaking through the line near the house. He repaired it and sent the camera down again almost to the street, where he found the same problem but worse. This time the line was 6 feet deep instead of three. They got the excavation equipment got down to the problem and fixed it. When done, they put the dirt back and everything worked again.
