The service it self was not the worst experience in the world, however clearly the tools are not fresh, she used all the same size tips on my nails. she gave me more of a rounded square when that’s not what I asked for the French tip on both nails and toes was again not the worst but however I’ve had better but the icing on the cake, I still tipped 5$ on the card but about 1 or 2 days later my card was charged an extra 5$ (making the tip 10$) they were not super professional as it was a whole argument with another customer going on. Will not be returning!

I should have turned around when there was only one customer and no employees. The owners were there and they were not friendly. When she finished with the pedicure she did not clean the foot massager basin. She rinsed it out. I asked her to clean it and she rolled her eyes and started talking very loudly in another language. My feet soaked for two minutes before she started on my feet. She kept grabbing my ankles aggressively. She cut my toenails so short that she also nipped my toe. I made a video of her and my foot just in case I had to sue her. I did not let her finish. I am a diabetic. I went on May 22, 2024 and today is May 30th. So far I am ok.
