Jae has done an amazing job when I needed her to do something with my hair. When she braided it I was able to wear my wig with no problems.
She is professional, polite, respectful, friendly and great at what she does for others. She loves her customers and she makes sure they are well satisfied with the work she has done for them. I enjoyed my wig for months when I fist had my hair done. Natural hair is not always easy to do but she makes your visit pleasantly awesome. I would recommend anyone that's looking g to get a wig or just have their own hair done to reach out and make that appointment you won't be disappointed that you did. I am one of hundreds of customers that is satisfied with the work.
To God be the glory🙏🏿, I came across The Chic studio back in April 2022, I was on google trying to figure out who in Richmond VA could help me with my hair at that time,because I was introduced to wigs I was just praying that I found a good person to help me maintain what I had started, lo and behold I came I came across The Chic Studio and from that point on I have never left her side♥️. The best word to describe Jae who is the founding owner of chic studio would be beautiful, Jae is a kindred spirit, most hairstylist, not all because (I’ve been through my share of hairstylist and I can only say in my lifetime of doing hair I only had two amazing hairstylist and one of them I still talk to till this day NYC❤️) some of them will take your money, do your hair and you go about your business and keep it moving till the next…but at the Chic Studio Jae makes you feel special you’re not just a client you become family, She takes the time to educate you on your hair and shows you what you need to know about maintaining. She teaches you and that’s what I love most about her and she’s always a phone call away for any cares or concerns,she’s also patient she’s loving and most importantly an understanding person, she has such a kind heart and she wants to see all of her clients flourish with beautiful hair, so if you’re in the Richmond VA area, you have to try The Chic Studio!!! you will walk in as a client but you’ll walk out feeling like family♥️♥️♥️♥️
