I’ve been coming here for about a year and I love it. The staff is really friendly, the place has a good energy, they have classes at multiple times of the day, and they mix things up enough that it doesn’t get stale.

Such a great tribe of people at S:C! I've been coming for over 2 years, and the workouts really helped motivate me out of my COVID slump. Great location for Church Hillers, Downtowners and even the Fan!

I’ve been working out here for almost 5 months now, and it’s everything I was looking for to get myself back in shape. I love the small class size, the equipment, and the different routines every week keep me interested. The music and lights keep it fun. The physical and endurance progress I already notice in myself keeps me motivated. The facilities are clean and convenient if you need to go somewhere other than home after your workout.The staff and instructors are welcoming and great at what they do.
