I called in prior to coming in to see if they were open b/c there was a terrible storm going on. Tony answered in a very professional and polite way letting me know that they were open and told me it was not too busy so come on in. When I got there Tony happened be at the cashier station and greeted me. He was available so he took care of me.He listened when I spoke and did what I asked for in a hair cut. Thanks Tony - see you in about 6 weeks!

Nadia did a great job. My first time in and told her what I needed. She took the time and patience to make sure she and I were on the same page all along the way. I very much appreciate her willingness to make sure I was ok with what she was doing. My last cuts elsewhere ended up like Sherman's march through the south no matter what I asked for. Definitely will go back to Sports Clip and get Nadia to cut my hair. First time in years I have been satisfied with my cut! Many thanks Nadia!!
