It was a good experience overall. Aside from the feeling you're in a episode of Queen of the South the results were great at a great price. The transmission took a few weeks, but it was worth the wait for the prize. They handled me freaking out pretty well when some things weren't clear, however, they just wrote it out with me until I finished venting. It's at an old dealership in Richmond but I'm sure that's where some of the savings come from. Thanks to them and all they do I appreciate the good work.

Literally called 8 tow truck companies for a simple car relocation in one of my lots. No one could help, finally talked with Speedy’s Towing and he was super nice, professional and said 40 minute eta. literally showed up in exactly 40 minutes. Price was fair as well. It's rare these days to find a reliable repair shop that does a five star job. I will start with the gentleman at the front counter. I was VERY impressed with his knowledge of vehicles and his professional attitude and friendliness. I don't recall his name but he has red hair and maybe mid twenties. While waiting for them to open I noticed that there were six mechanics waiting for the gate to open so they could go to work. My Blazer was taken back to their garage immediately and diagnosed in record time and the wheel bearings were done on the front on both sides. My Blazer was done in three hours. Any other repair shop would have taken all day. I would recommend Speedys to anyone that has issues with there vehicle with great confidence. These people do everything from detailing cars up to rebuilding motors along with body shop repair and painting. I've been to other repair shops in the Richmond area during my 35 years but Speedys beats them all hands down!!!!
