The front office staff, Rachel and Irvin, are simply the best! They were always warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. They made scheduling easy, answered all of my questions, and made every visit a pleasant experience with their outstanding customer service.
My pre-op nurse, Tia, was so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, made sure I felt comfortable, and helped ease any nerves I had before my procedure.

There are not enough amazing things I can say about the staff at the richmond Sono Bello, from my first consultation to my last post-op appointment. But I REALLY want to being some special attention to my nurse, Terri. She has been a pillar of stability and encouragement that I didn't know I needed. She's friendly, humorous, humble, compassionate and a straight-shooter with zero sugar-coating when I all questions. She's never made me feel awkward and let's me know I'm asking great questions. I want her there at the end of my 6 months, celebrating with me!
