Ice was melting I called RVA Repairs with a description of my situation James diagnosed the issue and made the repair quickly He also explained my warranty. Summer in Richmond is hot enough without ice and refrigerated foods. RVA Repairs came to the rescue and were reasonably priced!! So glad I found this company.

I’ve never personally used RVA Repairs’ services, but our business does business with theirs and I’ve had the privilege of communicating with Faith in their front office. She is a gem of a human being and she’s been so kind and responsive to our team that I can only imagine the level of customer service she brings to customers needing repairs. If anything ever breaks, she’d be my go-to girl!

Great experience! The team member who took my call (Faith) was kind and helpful. She relayed all the relevant information to get a technician out quickly. The technician (James) was about to quickly diagnose and resolve my issue. He also gave me tips on maintaining my appliance in the future. While no one likes or expects an appliance emergency, RVA repairs able to take care of it skillfully and efficiently! I will definitely be using them in the future for my appliance needs.
