Luciano and his team saved my family from impending disaster. We had a licensed general contractor do some home remodeling for us. They opened up 2 areas, one of which was an entire wall. We asked the former contractor if the wall was load bearing multiple times and they insured it was not. Long story short a few years later the ceiling began sagging, which they said would be the drywall settling-wrong! On top of that they never came back to address the cosmetic concerns I had with the sh*t paint job and butchered trimming/ framing. Well thankfully I found Luciano!
