I come here and see Tammy. She is literally the best nail tech I have ever had. She's also quick but precise and does such a good job. Recommend her for sure. She is appointment only.

I love getting my pedicures at Ritz, best service ever! However I made a nail appointment with Tammy and I did not have a good experience with her. Prior to appt I made my deposit and scheduled a date. I get a rude text a week before my date asking if I was coming to the appointment and I was late but I texted her back and gave her proof that we confirmed the appointment the following Saturday. She didn't apologize for being wrong. The day of my nail appt I told her that I wanted it short and she said that she doesn't do short nails and again, I thought it was rude because I work in healthcare and can't function my daily life with long nails. Lastly, I didn't know that she only accepts cash and again, was rude about it because I wasn't aware. This review isn't to bash her but I am not a nail fanatic so we just didn't see eye to eye on things. If you like the short, simple, sophisticated artificial nail look I would not go to her or her sister.
