From estimate to final cleanup, Regal was professional, courteous, punctual, and an overall great value. Regal's work is top-notch, but where they really shine is in customer service, specifically communication. There was never a time that I did not know where in the process we were, what was happening financially, or when work would begin and end. I will contract with them again for future renovations and repairs.
Straight forward and honest assessment of my gutter problems initially. They showed up to do the work on time, cleaned my gutters and placed the guards in less than 3 hours. Loved the Product, installers and yes salesman especially. Art and his Regal team worked hard in the heat, handled challenges that arose with skill and common sense.
