Before starting at Redefine, I did not have the self-discipline to exercise regularly. I’m the person that would try exercising for one or two weeks and then stop, and then try again six months later only to stop again. Since starting at Redefine, my whole attitude around exercising has changed, and, in a way, it’s a new hobby! I’m constantly thinking “who am I?!” — I would have never guessed exercise would be an easy part of my routine! Their system of semi-personal training just works for me. This is a fabulous training gym. The trainers are all wonderful, interested in working with YOU and your goals specifically, knowledgeable, and most importantly - holistic! They look at health in terms of getting stronger, feeling better, becoming the best you. What a refreshing change from big box gyms. I would recommend them highly!!! Cat writes great programming and is communicative and so so kind. You won’t go wrong coming here ?
