Exceptionally clean studio. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Had amenities to help clean up afterwards. Very relaxing . As as a first time user, I would recommend your first appointment being at the end of your day. I work night shift and I have horrible sleeping patterns. After my session I came home and slept 12 hours lol. I have never done that before. I felt refreshed and rejuvenated. 10/10 can’t wait to go again!!!

The best! Love dropping into Purify whenever I’m in town. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable, kind and professional. (Despite managing to book the wrong time slot, Rochelle was happy to help me out, even when I sauntered I hours late - thinking I was on-time!) The space is absolutely spotless and clean. If you enjoy traditional saunas but haven’t tried Purify yet, just go for it!

Purify is the near west ends greatest gift yet. You walk in to this inviting, quiet, peaceful atmosphere and are greeted by an incredibly kind, knowledgeable and friendly staff at the front desk who always have your room set up perfectly and if requested how you’d like it to be set up in terms of temperature and more towels if you’d like and they are always willing and able to answer any questions or concerns you may have. The facilities are always pristine. The saunas themselves are tranquil.
