I followed instructions on their website in September 2021 and still have not heard anything back, and it is January of 2022. Not only is this unprofessional it is also uncalled for. To reduce peoples effort a simple response would have worked. Why tell someone to fill out the form on your website if you are not going to get back to them? It logically doesn’t make any sense. Since I have filled out the form four months ago I have seen others become ambassadors and all on social media which means they have responded to other people except for me. Tonight was my first experience at Project Yoga Richmond. It was a wonderful experience. Everything from the person who greeted me at the door, to the instructor, to the other members in attendance made this a place to return!
