The technician, Colin and his technician trainee, were very helpful, courteous, and provided quality customer service. They explained the problem right away, suggested some solutions, and went right to work after I agreed to the repairs. Colin made the repair seem very easy, indicative of his technical expertise. My service person was Jody and he could not have been more knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Jody replaced everything but the actual door and he explained to me what he was doing, why he was doing it and what it accomplished or made it better for me. What sold me was if the power goes out I can still use the garage opening closing 10 times before I have to pull out the ladder release the red string etc. on a scale of one to 10 Jody gets a 10 and the door repairs and enhancements get a 10 also. Great job!!!!!!
Response to my request was prompt, courteous, and accurate. Technician showed up for the estimate ON TIME as scheduled, and had all of the parts and accessories with him to install 2 door openers if I wanted him to do so. Inside of 4 hours, the technician, Brandon, had both door openers installed, operational, with the remotes programmed as well. Quick, knowledgeable, and efficient service. That's a rarity these days.
