Great selection of eyewear but the lenses are horrible. Got new glasses but can't read text. These glasses are the worst I've ever worn in 18 years. I look at my cell phone, and its shape is converted from rectangle to a trapezoid. Script on screen is blurry and smaller verses larger and clear! I am furious that I wasted money on these glasses! All I can do is warn people to NEVER go here for glasses.

This place made me wait almost an hour to see the Optometrist. Upon examination, he declared, "You have cataracts. You have to have cataract surgery. Actually you should have HAD it, several years ago." I was shocked. I explaned to him that I went to the Opthomologist one month ago, and he stated that I did NOT need cataract surgery. Dr. Gorman said, "You need to go back to him because you NEED cataract surgery, NOW." I immediately left that office and drove directly to the Optomologist office. I explained to the girl at the desk what had just transpired and she took my name and number and looked up my last appointment date, which was in March, and she she was sending an email to the Opthomologist Team and that they would be calling me on Monday. No one called. So after another week, I called there and explained the situation again. The girl at the front desk stated that she would have the doctor call me. More than two weeks later, that doctor called me but did not know WHAT he was calling me about. After verifying that he was the eye surgeon that I had seen, I asked him what I should do. I had had two Optometrist and one Ophthalmologist tell me that I needed cataract surgery, and they refuse to even fit me in glasses until I get cataract surgery. He stated that I don't need cataract surgery. I told him that "I m confused because both of these optometrists say that I need cataract surgery and refuse to fit me in glasses until I have that surgery done. And one year ago, an Optthomologist also told me that I needed cataract surgery, right away. What should I do because I am confused? He said you will have to make another appt. with me, to come in and let me reexamine you. I asked how far out he was booked, because I had to wait two months to see him in March. He stated that he did not know and to call his office. I did and was given a cancellation appt. When I got there, I was znot even allowed to see that Opthamologist and was called into the office Manager's Office. There I was told that that doctor did not feel like he could please me. WHAT??? I was then told that I could NOT see him again. WHAT??? What a SHOCK and how very RUDE is that???? All because I was apparently diagnosed INCORRECTLY by THREE Providers???? I STILL do NOT know WHAT to believe, except that Dr. Gorman was WRONG in his assessment and I am uncomfortable in going back there. His Assist. has since called me and told me to come in to be fitted for glasses. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. She was very high pressured. They do a fair amount of business due to their location, but they are NOT nice to their customers, there and I will NEVER forget how I was treated, there. I do not even feel comfortable being fitted for glasses, there. His incorrect assessment caused me to lose my Ophthalmologist and am now without one. What a WASTE of my TIME and EFFORT. WHY is it ALWAYS the Patient who get PUNISHED, for another Provider's Assessment???? I am really upset about ALL of this and will NEVER go back to EITHER office or Provider. Stay AWAY from this Dr. Goman. NO APOLOGY was EVER offered from him.

The people that own this place are crooks, straight up and bad at their job to boot after going here for years. I got a second opinion. After all the glasses I paid for may be sick and couldn't be worn. Turns out the prescription was way too strong I love my new doctor and my new glasses and I'm sorry I ever wasted any of my time and money in this place and even Sawyer that they wouldn't stand behind their work. These guys suck big time.
