Pamper & Polish Nail Spa provides a phenomenal and favorite nail salon experience. The salon is clean, very cute, and offers a welcoming atmosphere. The owners, a husband and wife team, are polite, welcoming, kind, sincere, and professional. They are also friendly, wholesome, personable, and very easy to talk to, making clients feel right at home. The manicurists are talented and take great care with their service. They are patient, pay excellent attention to detail, and take their time to ensure clients are 100% satisfied, doing nails exactly as requested. The overall service is absolutely the best. Amenities include comfortable massage chairs, and offers of water, snacks, and drinks. Communication is amazing and appointments are promptly confirmed. Customers have a lovely, nice, and grand time, often chatting and laughing during their visit. The manicures and pedicures turn out great. The experience is highly recommended over any other, with many customers stating they will certainly be back.
We had such a nice time at Pamper and Polish today. Besides getting great manis and pedis, the atmosphere, attention to detail and Jamal’s kindness and sincerity were very much appreciated. We highly recommend and we will be back!!
My mom and I had a lovely time! Ms. Shanay and Mr. Jamel are very polite and welcoming and took care of us well! They took time to make sure my mani was to my liking, and my mom enjoyed her mani pedi and the massage chair :). The salon is also clean and very cute! Would definitely recommend!
Hands down my favorite experience with a nail salon, ever. I believe it’s a husband and wife who owns the salon and they’ve been there for about a year now!
I had heard positive reviews from my neighbors and initially made and appointment a few weeks ago but something had come up and the appointment needed to be canceled. Totally fine, and due to the AMAZING communication provided I knew I wanted to reschedule with them in the future. Fast forward 3 weeks which brought me to today.
