Palm Beach tanning in short pump is by far the best experience I’ve ever had when I needed to get color and tan and a healthy way. Their beauty consultants always have my best interest and health and mind when recommending the best strategy to tan safely and intelligently. All the staff makes you feel like family and as soon as you walk in the kindness, the smiles listen to your needs as a customer service level. I’ve never experienced and I’ve seen the best. I went to PBT to purchase a couple of sessions only. I was nervous to go because I was worried I'd get the membership sales pitch when that's not what I was looking for at all. The gal at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. She listened to my needs and did not pressure me to purchase a membership which was a huge relief. I liked the stand up bed the best but I do feel like I could have used more minutes than were chosen for me which is the reason for the 4 star review.

I love PBT. First time at Shortpump location. I often purposely do not bring my wallet with me because the employees will harass you into buying things. My trip was no different except the employee literally seemed PISSED that I wasn't going to buy anything. Just let me tan. I'm not spending $50 on lotion - no need to get upset.
