Last week I completed my physical therapy visits at the Boulders Parkway location.My physical therapist name was, Sean. His expertise and skill as a physical therapist was exceptional, to say the least. I was so appreciative for his hard work and dedication in helping me getting back on my feet. He helped me regain my strength and mobility, and for that, I am grateful. His guidance and encouragement has been invaluable and I am very pleased with the progress I have made under his care. I am truly thankful to have had the opportunity to work with such a skilled and compassionate therapist. THANK YOU, SEAN!!

GOOD LUCK GETTING AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED Despite my doc office sending a referral on 9-14-22 I still do not have an appointment scheduled as they keep saying that they do not have it. I've received 3 different fax numbers (my doc office sent it to two numbers already) every time I call and when my call was being transferred to Boulders location (i was told they do not give out the direct number and transfer calls only)my call was disconnected. This is asinine. At this point I don't even want to go to them for physical therapy if I can't even get the the assistance I need. I've been in pain this whole time. I would highly recommend confirming the billing you'll receive for any treatment BEFORE your appointments. The only thing ever communicated to me was my "co-pay". This led me to believe no additional costs would be coming my way. However, AFTER my 7 visits, I received one large bill. Notice - they didn't send me any bills until after ALL of my visits. If I would have known the added costs, I would have limited my visits/treatment received.
