The movers were very polite, provided great customer service, and made me feel like a valued customer. Despite a glitch at my apartment's dock-where another tenant was scheduled at nearly the same time-the crew remained calm and managed to complete everything within the time frame I paid. I also want to mention Jessica, who was extremely polite and professional throughout the process. I woul definitely recommend this company to others.
This was a seamless process from the beginning to the end. Brittany constantly kept me touch during the move which made it a lot less stressful. Demonte, Curtis, and TJ were timely, fast, patent and kind. I would definitely recommend this company!
We have used this company on 4 different moves. For family and for ourselves. All times they did an outstanding job. They know l am demanding in making sure nothing is damaged so they wrap everything. I have not had any issues with their service. The team they send, which changes, are the best part. This time we had Travis, Aiden and Camden. They had a couple of others but l do not remember their names. Excellent team! They may not be the cheapest, but we are not either. You get what you pay for is so true!! We get more! Thanks Jessica for being our contact this time! Bud & Carol
