Shout out to NaturaLawn of America - who has kept my yard looking good for probably 15 or more years! After the house closed, I kept forgetting to cancel my service, I got the utilities canceled but hadn't called NaturaLawn of America yet. I talked to them today, and they had just serviced it last week. I told them, oh well, new owners get a free treatment on me. They said, nope, you have been a long term customer of ours, we will credit you, don't worry about it. WOW! What a nice surprise and what a great company. Very disappointed in NaturalLawns of America !!! We have had their service for almost 20 years , today when they came they broke a heng off a very expensive copper gate!!! I called them and ask the them what are you going to do about this?? All the lady said was that she is sorry that gate was broken. I coundnt beleave what I was hearing . She didn't even offer to help with the situation. Totally incompedent ......... read full review
