Got a root canal about 3 months ago . The dentist & dental assistant who performed my procedure were soooo funny & nice . They are the only reason im giving 3 stars. At the end of my appointment was told i needed approval from my insurance for my final crown and was told it would take about 9 weeks. Well imagine my surprise when call to check on things after 12 WEEKS just to be told that the pre authorization for my crown was never sent in. So i’ve basically waited all this time FOR NOTHING & will now have to wait at least another month to get my permanent crown . Whoever was handling the office paperwork SUCKS .

I had been putting off getting a crown for months, but I’m glad I finally came here. The office felt calm and clean, and everyone was very friendly. The dentist took the time to make adjustments until it felt perfect. Now I can chew properly again—it's simple, but life-changing.
