I recently moved into a house that needed its crawlspace repaired. It wasn’t encapsulated and the inspector found moisture issues. Shane was excellent and a true professional. He came out and inspected my crawlspace, recommended how he’d re encapsulate it, fix the soil grading. Because of the moisture issues, he recommended a dehumidifier. He brought a crew that fixed all of the issues over two days. His work stopped the condensation on my indoor windows and lowered the humidity in my crawl space from 70% to 50%. So much better! I chose Managed Services Group after speaking to several contractors and I am so happy I did. MSG is the only company that could handle all the problems with my crawl space including making an access door and providing new gutters with guards. Shane and his team did a fantastic job! He also added a couple of pleasant surprises. I highly recommend him to anyone needing to eliminate moisture problems in their home. The man listens to your needs and comes up with creative solutions. He was a real pleasure to meet and I will continue to call upon him as needs arise. You won't go wrong if you call Shane!

When someone comes out to your brand new subdivision, and stands outside in the "lightning and pouring rain, that we had on July 26th, and takes pictures of our side yard that needs two French drains that will connect two houses too close together, and the downspouts are aimed in toward each other. Results: eventual foundation water damage.Scott Johnston, their sales / inspector, knew, when getting soaked, that our original design and estimated date to do the job had to be modified.Bottom line: the job was completed the next day, with the modifications, at the original price to a perfect job.
