If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady was so in a rush to pop my nails off with clippers and clipped my real nail across. I started bleeding and they only took $10 off the service. Yall too damn lazy and the work was horrible big thick bubbly nails. Even the photos posted here it ugly. Never again. #chopshop

This place is usually booming for eyebrows... but I have been multiple times recently and the only person who does eyebrows, Donna, hasn't been in. Not a big deal, but the person covering the shop never knows when she's going to be in either and just rudely tells you, "come back tomorrow.." When? "tomorrow." So you go the next day and you're told, "She's not here.. come back later.." Waste of everyone's time! They have no set schedule and expect you to deal with it. I'm not sure how this place is still open, tbh.

Don't go here. Please, save time and money. This use to be a nice place to get your nails down but it has gone down from a 5 star to a 1 star. I moved away and hadn't been here in about 2 years but was in the area and decided to give it a chance. Before I moved away, this place had already started going down in their services and professionalism. I went in for a quick nail polish and the woman who was doing my nails was moving so fast as if she wanted me to be oit of there in 5 minutes. She was very rude. She halfway filed my toe nails, avoiding most of my toes. The color I asked for she told me they didn't have. So I'm looking for another color and... read full review
