I have MD, DDD, spinal stenosis, bulging disks, pinched nerves, bone on bone in my lower back, fibromyalgia, and arthritis. Alyson reduced my pain immediately! The pressure she applied was directed by me so I never experienced any pain from the therapy.

Allison is the best hands down! She helped me recover from an accident after I broke my back. Very knowledgeable while still sweet and kind with hands that seem to reach into your muscles to kill the tension at its source.

After researching the internet looking for a massage therapist I came across Alyson and based on the positive reviews I booked an appointment. My appointment was a few months out as she had no openings. Finally the day had come! I received the massage yesterday afternoon. It was well worth the wait! All the reviews are spot on accurate! It was truly the best massage I’ve ever had. I went ahead and booked some appointments for the rest of the year!!

While I specialize in deep tissue, therapeutic massage, I also practice more traditional, relaxation massage (often referred to as “Swedish massage”). I do not believe “that a good massage has to hurt”. My personal philosophy is that it is okay if a massage “hurts so good”, but it is not okay if the pressure is simply just hurting you. The fine line between these two parameters must be defined by each client, not by me, though I pay close attention to body language during each session and adjust accordingly.
