Kefficient did an amazing job with my crawlspace. They take pride in what they do and it shows in the final product. As a mold allergy sufferer, I had tried 2 other contractors but none of them came close to the quality of work of Kefficient. My crawlspace is clean enough to live in and I'm breathing much better.

My family recently worked with Kefficient for foundation repairs and was very satisfied with their service. The crew handled the installation of reinforcing steel I-beams and a basement drain system with a sump pump efficiently and professionally.

Kyle was our crew supervisor for our crawlspace encapsulation. He kept me informed on every aspect of the project. From daily pictures, to notifying me of potential problems in the crawlspace that Kefficient did not handle, he was very thorough. At the end of the project he did a complete narrated video for me so I could truly appreciate and see the before and after. There were several scheduling problems with the crew which was out of his control. He was very professional in handling a difficult situation. Kyle and Jeff actually worked on the crawlspace to replace the regular crew. Had my final inspection done today by the County. The inspector actually raved about the... read full review
