I haven't been to a JCPenneys in years. I was at Chesterfield town center and had a lot of time to kill and a few dollars to spend; so I decided to see what Penney's had to offer me. I was so glad I stopped in, they carry forever 21 clothes and a lot were on sale for almost 90% off. I was able to stock up for summer and even get some fall items for dirt cheap. Adrienne the sales associate that works downstairs was amazing and so friendly. That woman is truly a treasure.

This review is for the Salon inside... Started out well, my stylist was Susan. We had a good chat until she started talking to me about Covid conspiracy theories. I felt really uncomfortable and didn't really know how to respond. Something about the booster containing 17 strains of HIV and the cotton swabs putting trackers in your brain. Kind of soured our otherwise nice conversation. And then I was a little perplexed that the website listed shampoo/cut/blow dry as $50 but she wanted to charge me $85. Said she gave me a discount by only charging me $70 but it felt like I got over charged for just getting an inch or so trimmed. I'm not the most assertive and I probably should have insisted on only paying what the website listed. If I knew it was going to be that much I would've gone somewhere else.

I got my haircut by Rebecca and it was such a great experience! She washed my hair and it was so relaxing! Just a standard layer and trim for me. $40 Would definitely come back :) I recommend booking an appointment via the JCPENNY websiteServices: Haircut
