This firm has lost its accountability and heart since Greg Jonson left. I dropped off my return a little late admittedly (end of March) and didn’t expect to get it back till a little after April 15. I called 3 weeks ago when I had not received or heard from them and was told it would be ready in a few weeks. Called again today (May12) and told they were having problems and it would be done at the end of this week or sometime next week. I gave up and asked for all my information to be left at front desk so I can pick up.
It just goes to shoe you how much one man means to an organization, Miss you Greg.
