I experienced some challenges with a tech who simply spent less than five minutes at my home. After calling and speaking to Diane at their office, she clearly explained the issues that I was facing with our invisible fence. I’m grateful for Diane taking the time to explain this situation, but wish the tech would’ve taken the time to do so.
