I do extensive research before I buy any product especially a new AC and gas furnace. They only use Trane HVAC so I was able to find out that I had 2 models to choose from and spoke to their supplier. From there I found the model numbers and was able to be very specific about what I wanted. I called them frequently during this process being a real pest, I’m sure, asking many many questions before ever signing a contract. They are 17+miles away and some company’s don’t want to travel that far. I compared prices with other companies for the same product and luckily we had a cool spring so I time to do without AC. Integrity HVAC has done several new heat pump installs for me and they've all come out great. Very professional and knowledgeable technicians. If I request something a certain way they remember that and even do it better than I envisioned it. Obviously putting a lot of thought and quality into the jobs. They're also a solid company that can follow-up for service calls and maintenance if needed. That's what you want in an HVAC company.

FOLLOW UP TO ORIGINAL REVIEW 8/17/2021: Both my HVAC and my split system experienced issues last week, a few days apart. First issue was fixed within 3 hrs of my call and the second issue was fixed within 4 hours of my call. I simply cant express how great Sergio and his team are when it comes to customer service and fair prices. 10/10 recommend.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Sergio and his crew have been unbelievably helpful and professional. They removed an old oil heating system, installed my electric unit, and hauled the old tank off my property.
