Just spoke to whom I presume was the owner of this so-called tax service. He did not identify the name of his business when he answered, nor did he identify himself. I actually had to ask if this was hnt tax service. He asked me what I wanted, and I said I just want to confirm that this is hnt tax services. Again he never confirmed, but said how can I help you. I explained to him that I needed to file 2 years of past taxes, and that we did not owe money, but because they are prior years, they cannot be done electronically. The IRS told me that they need to be done on paper and mailed in. His response was sorry, I can't help you, it's too difficult! Are you kidding me?!...read full review
