Dr Falik is amazing, and has been my children’s doctor since day one (so just over 18yrs for my oldest). Super friendly and will go out of his way to make sure you understand anything and everything that’s necessary. I’ve never had an obnoxious wait time or dealt with rude staff. Everyone seems genuine and helpful.

I completely agree with others who have mentioned the front desk lady's rudeness. I've been coming here for four years since my son was born. Dr. Adam Falik has been my son’s doctor for this entire time. He is incredibly professional and friendly. Dr. Falik has a knack for explaining things in a way that's easy for patients to understand. But the office is terrible. Normally, they send appointment reminders, but unfortunately, they didn't this time. I ended up forgetting my son's insurance card, as it's been quite a while since our last visit. Our family have been patients of Henrico Pediatrics for the past 7 or 8 years; seeing both Dr. Falik and NP Kelli. Both are fantastic! I have never had any issues with the office staff - they have always been pleasant.
