Wayne Richardson is the man to ask for here. Best customer service I've ever gotten. Poor man was dead on his feet after delivering a car to South Carolina the night before and he still drove back to meet me and sell me a great car. Even as tired as he was he didn't leave until I left the finance office and we left together. 10 stars to Mr. Richardson.

I purchased a pre-owned Ford Ranger from Haley Ford. The purchasing process was very smooth. They even delivered it to me at work, 2 hours away from the dealership! When I received the vehicle I noticed a noise in the dashboard every time I turned, like something was rolling around. Several team members helped me to assess the situation and get the vehicle into the Service Center. They had to remove the dashboard to get to it, but they removed the object and had the vehicle ready for me the next day! They even provided a loaner car! Everyone was very helpful and made sure that I was satisfied with the experience. Thank you Haley Ford!
