Haley Buick GMC Midlothian offers new and used vehicles. Some customers have noted that vehicles could be better prepared before leaving the lot, suggesting a more thorough cleaning, especially in the door jams, and that fuel should be topped off. However, the staff at Haley Buick GMC have been exceptional, being very transparent about the entire process. The staff have been praised for their helpfulness and patience. Sales associates, such as Christ Fuller, have been commended for their knowledge and willingness to explain vehicle features, making the buying process smoother and even going the extra mile to assist customers.
Today I had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Gus, and I had a slight problem. Long story short I told Gus my issue since I brought my vehicle from them and I get work done with them and i was told I would get a loaner today until my truck was finished and I got the run around and I told the young lady naw not acceptable, well Mr Gus said loaner needed and LOANER IS WHAT I GOT! Just like that! I adore everyone here at Haley.. Catch a deal and go get what you need. Until the next time today it’s 5 stars!

This has been a long wait to get my dream truck! John Gaffigan @ Haley GMC made it happen today. He knew the vehicle, was really helpful and made the deal come together. He went above & beyond for me. No pressure just good honest information. Big shoutout to both Chis & Chris helpful information they really cared even before the sale.

Everyone at this dealership is amazing! But Mr. Bruce Harris & the manager are the two most amazing people on that team. They will NEVER force you into buying what they want you to have. They get you the best deal possible while sitting and talking and laughing at jokes. They make the sale go smoothly and in the end you will be driving off in your new vehicle. This is my 3rd vehicle I've purchased from them and my family has purchased as well.
