Lori has been awesome. I can break up with my pcp before her. I tried a handful of stylists when moving to Richmond. The wait was terrible even with an appointment booked weeks ahead. The outcome and atmosphere of the other salons did not leave me or my pocket book impressed. Lori is always on time and everyone is nice and welcoming. I have no trouble booking an appointment every 5 weeks. Cutting short, thick, textured hair is not easy. Lori is not afraid to dig in and texturize and debulk. I get compliments throughout time between cuts and it is easy to style or wash and wear my hair.

I was very impressed. Donna got me im to fix me up, which was much needed! The inside is decorated so uniquely. It feels clean. The clorox wipes & spray were in sight. Very organize & great customer service!! It felt very comfortable & welcoming. They definitely have a new customer with me!
