Correction: I had a change of heart with my review. I still feel that services need to consider peoples time when an appt is made and being 45 minutes late is a lot. However, the cut was great and the owner called me make it right. That deserves credit. Might I suggest that if you are running that late, you consider offering a discount on the next cut. That may help retain people or at leastnorevent a bad review.

As always, our experience with Laleh was wonderful. She was able to fit both of my girls in for back to school haircuts (after my own haircut) and made them feel so special and confident. They both had their hair washed for the first time, and she was playful and sweet and made them feel so comfortable. Thank you for another great experience!

Gracie was my stylist and did a wonderful job with my crazy hair. She also listened and understood what I was saying, a welcome change from some other people. I particularly liked the welcoming atmosphere of the salon.
