Had to get windshield replaced on Highlander. Have used Glass America many times on other cars . Did a great job again, no leaks or anything wrong . We had to take the vehicle to the shop because the mirror had to have calibration done . Couldn't use the mobile service. That was the only setback . Still 5 stars my opinion.
Sherry and my service technician, Colin, were both extremely helpful and kind. Sherry went above and beyond to get me the best option for my windshield replacement and the service was on time and convenient for me. I'd used Safelite for a previous windshield issue and this experience with Glass America was 100x more pleasant. I won't ever use anyone else again for windshield work if I don't have to.
