I know this spot has a good rep but was disappointed after my pedi. Didn’t say anything bc I felt bad but $40 (+tip) for a mid pedi isn’t ideal
The woman who did my nails was as sweet as could be, but didn’t do the best job with cuticle trimming, etc., and my nail polish didn’t even go close to the edge of the nail bed so that was a bummer too. Paid $90 for two basic pedicures, probably won’t return. :(
Came in today for a pedicure and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in many years! Very welcoming staff. They handled my gnarly toenails with grace and professionalism! The atmosphere is very spa-like and relaxing. Also, the prices are quite reasonable. I will return.
This is genuinely the first nail salon in Richmond (I’ve lived here for 10 years) that I loved going to. Everyone was so nice, service was fast and efficient, and I love my nails!
