I got my wedding dress altered here and I am so in love!! Everything turned out better than I was expecting, and I loved the kindness, professionalism and expertise that I experienced. I completely trusted them with my dress and was told to call them at any point after/in between appointments if I had questions or decided to change something we had talked about. I highly recommend Fashion Design to anyone and everyone! As far as price goes, I thought the cost was pretty reasonable. I don't get things altered much, but I wasn't surprised at the cost of my alterations given everything they needed to do. They had to hem it, take in a lot of the bodice and restructure the sweetheart neckline. They also added in a bustle and extra snaps around the zipper all for about $700. I would 100% go to fashion design again for alterations!
I needed two formal outfits altered for an Alaskan cruise and she was hesitant to promise delivery in four days but she worked me in. I will be honest it was expensive but it was quality work and they fit me like a glove and not to be vain but they look great on me.
Oksana is a LIFE SAVER. I will never go to another seamstress again. I am getting married this year and when my dress came in come to find they ordered me a size that was still too tight in my hips. This bridal salon referred me to another seamstress in Richmond who basically said I'm too busy good luck with no other assistance or offer to see me later. And this is the person this bridal salon refers for this area. I found Oksana through a client of mine. I called her all upset and she got me in immediately!
