Great class! Instructor was very attentive and you can tell she cares about your form while also making it challenging. Lavender towels at the end were awesome and left feeling great!! Definitely recommend this studio:)

Miriam is an amazing coach--she's encouraging, patient, and highly knowledgeable. Everyone in the studio is friendly and welcoming, it's a great place!

I loved this class, I felt like I got a good work out in without being pushed too hard. It was the perfect balance and Emily was amazing. She was able to explain the correct posture for each exercise which helps a lot. I have been coming here since April and I plan to continue!
