I cannot say enough good about the Oley family and their offices! The Oley family (both dentists and their mom) were so kind, helpful, and did everything they could to put me at ease. There were multiple visits involved and ended with 2 root canals. On all visits, they were patient, answered all my questions, thoroughly explained what would happen next, and VERY gentle! Shout out to Jacob (Mechanicsville location), the dental assistant, as well. He was so kind and professional. I wish I could give 10 stars!
They are such professionals here. They are courteous and friendly. It’s really a family vibe and i love it. Oral hygiene is a sensitive topic and for most people their visits become more out of necessity than maintenance and it feels good that you can be welcomed by a staff that it doesn’t matter the condition you come through those doors but rather the condition you leave out. I really love this practice.
Hygienist was excellent.
Check out girl spoke too softly, even after telling her I am hearing impaired and asking her to repeat herself over and over. I finally raised my voice to tell her I CANNOT HEAR YOU
