I was in a bad place after breaking my neck and becoming immobile. I live in Elliston and have no support. During transportation to Richmond hospital, my contacts were lost. My own Eye Center in Roanoke didn’t offer much help, but the staff at Dr Toler’s staff jumped in and not only provided me contact lenses, a storage case, but some lens care solution as well. Been going here since I was a kid and still going as an adult with kids who also go here they always greet with cheer atmosphere is quick and always clean nd the doctor has a great sense of humor and give great eye care instructions the nurses are so sweet ??

Doc is amazing and very patient with kids. Explained everything they needed to do to care for their glasses and their eyes. This was the no brainer for us and so glad we found him plus he takes our insurance . Receptionist has a little attitude problem . Being in customer service you deal with all different type of people . Never over talk a customer . If something doesn’t work for them don’t be nasty and try to over talk them instead try to figure out a different approach thats works for both individuals . Doc 10/10 his receptionist 0/10 needs an attitude adjustment!
