Dr. Toler's office provides exceptional eye care and customer service. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist patients in need. The doctor is patient and takes the time to explain eye care instructions, and is even willing to deliver contact lenses to hospital rooms during lunch. The office is clean and efficient, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. While some staff members may require improvement in their customer service skills, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive.
