“I was waiting in the waiting room during my wife's visit recently and we love the care she got, the nurses were very helpful and the nurse doctor was very kind. The only thing I did not like was how the check in person was rude to people on the phone, would swear, and was always on his cell phone. NOT very professional! Need to learn how to talk to people in a doctors office, because this is NOT the kind of person I would want as the face of mu business!“

From start to finish it was obvious she didn’t want to be there. Keep in mind I made no attempt at small talk or had any special requests, I just answered with the information I was asked for.

Regardless, the disdain she had for either me or her job (or both) made me uncomfortable.“
