I recently needed a new passport photo and with my (now) white hair and the white backgrounds at the big box stores' pp photo setups, I had a bad result. Jasmyn at Dementi took a lot of time to solve that issue, and I greatly appreciate the quality of the shot, her professionalism and friendliness.
Use a real photo studio like Dementi for passport photos - you won't regret it since you have to live with it for so long. Jasmine was so helpful and I was in and out quickly with a photo that does not make me cringe.
Maya in the Front Desk is very helpful and knowledgeable. If you do not want to take chances with critical time sensitive submission of US/International Passport Pictures, look no further. I went there twice and both the times my pictures were accepted without any issues. They take a couple of days to deliver, but it is worth the wait.
