I am so indebted to these guys, they have been nothing but helpful, professional, kind, and have gone out of their way to help me with my rodent issue. Can’t recommend highly enough. The whole team, including the staff on the phones and the guys that come do the legwork, are wonderful.

Carl from critter authority is very professional. I had groundhogs that were living in my neighbors backyard and coming to mine to eat my flowers, vegetables and climbing my fruit trees to eat the fruits. They were such a nuisance for many years . I was able to catch and release the 4 offspring but the 2 adults are very intelligent and I could not trap them. Critter authority was able to capture the 2 adult groundhogs and remove them from my property. Hopefully next growing season I will be rewarded the fruits of my labor. Thank you Carl and critter authority.

Shout out to Critter Authority for freeing our vents of the remnants of the bird family that recently nested and had babies in the kids’ upstairs bathroom vent. This company was super responsive, informative, and punctual. The office girls were the sweetest and the bro combo of Tim and Carl were nothing but professional!!! Hit them up if the birds near your home are smarter than you ever thought possible ???
