CorTech International is a service-oriented staffing and recruiting company dedicated to working closely with its clients in Richmond, VA. The company's mission is to provide the best, most cost-effective staffing for its clients and the best opportunities for its candidates. By working with each client and candidate through the entire selection process, CorTech builds long-term relationships, allowing it to fill companies' needs quickly and successfully. Clients and candidates have praised CorTech's diligence, professionalism, and the support provided by its staff, such as Cristin and Lauryn. However, one reviewer experienced an issue with their start date and delayed paychecks, which they found frustrating.
I have been with CorTech for a year now. I love the company and my job. I have been very dependable, consistent, trustworthy, and very professional! However, I have been waiting on a pay check for a month now. When I call and ask for the past 4 weeks, I’ve been told that payroll started a new pay program or system. It down not take a month to pay people from a new pay system. Every week I’m told that my pay will be in my account Friday morning. NOTHING AS OF YET.I’m not calling or anything else. I need my money by the end of this week. This is ridiculous for real!!!!!
I love Cortech, and my recruiter Cristin has been wonderful to work with. I began working for Cortech/Caliper in 2013 and have gained experience working in executive-level positions for Virginia State agencies such as VADOC, DMAS, VDH, VSU, and most recently the Office of the Governor. Cristin and her team have been highly diligent, and pleasant. I highly recommend anyone looking to further their career choose Cortech.
I think I'd give 5 stars if it wasn't for an issue that I had with my start date. Christin and Lauryn were helpful and gave me a lot of support during my time with CorTech.
