I do not think it negatively impacted my care, but since I am paying the equivalent of $10K per hour for their services I would like a "sterile cockpit" approach, with no extraneous conversations between the dentist and assistant during my visit.

Dr. Finkler really put my mind at ease about the root canal prior to performing the procedure. He was super helpful in explaining both the procedure and what I could expect afterwards. His assistant was also very knowledgeable and I could tell she had been with him a long time. The office on Hungary Spring was clean and well-maintained. Hopefully I don't ever need another root canal but I definitely know where I will be going if I do!

Doctor was very nice and detailed with the examination of my mom, But his nurse assistant was very unprofessional she kept making faces of disgust. She should look for a different profession if she’s so disgusted. I definitely wouldn’t want her in my next visit.
