My daughter waited months for her appointment which was scheduled for today. Upon arrival and check- in, Iam told that they don't take our insurance. The insurance info was confirmed when the appointment was made, but none of that mattered. The front desk staff is very uninformed and unprofessional.

Fast service for your problem and very good Doctor and Nurse. I am so glad I am a patient at Commonwealth Dermatology.My Doctor is awesome and spends time to hear what my problem is and takes care of it.Doctor Royster is the best in the area. Everything Doctor Royster wants to do is explained to me and her Nurse is great to help me if I have any questions. I highly recommend Commonwealth Dermatology to any one who needs a Dermatologist.

Dr. Laurie Shinn is simply the best. She takes time with me, answers my questions, and explains everything she does. Her concern for my wellbeing is noticeable, and she's enjoyable to talk to.
